The business park was strategically acquired to establish a fully SAHPRA-licensed site supporting both GHS and Symbiochem operations. In line with Luro Investments’ phased growth plan, Unit 1 will remain leased during the current stage. Upon reaching Phase 3 of development, Unit 1 will be converted into a state-of-the-art packing suite, enhancing operational capacity and service capabilities. A cold storage room is currently being installed in Unit 5 to store specialised probiotics and other complex temperature-sensitive materials.
